At Affordable Dorm Room Essentials, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🕒 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition

• Be returned in the original packaging

• Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the following:

• Clearance or sale items

• Gift cards or promotional items

• Personal-use items (e.g., bedding or hygiene-related products)

📦 Return Process

To request a return, please contact us via the Contact Page or email us at [your-email@example.com]. If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

🛠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order number, and we’ll make it right.
